Irish Coffee

  • 1 jigger Irish whiskey, any brand
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons raw sugar
  • Freshly made strong hot coffee
  • 4 tablespoons stiff whipped cream
  • Pour the whiskey into a warmed 7-8 ounce coffee cup, goblet, or Irish coffee glass and add the sugar. Fill with hot coffee to within 3/4 of an inch from the top of the cup. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Float the whipped cream on top and serve immediately.

    Repeat as needed.
