Teriyaki SaucePour Mirin into a saucepan. Heat to boiling and continue cooking in order to remove alcohol, approximately three minutes. Add soy sauce, garlic and sliced fresh ginger. Continue cooking a few minutes longer. Serve warm over fish, rice and chicken, or stir-fried vegetables. Back to Recipes |
