Pumpkin French Toast

  • 1 C. pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C. milk
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. ginger
  • 6 slices bread
  • Mix pie filling, eggs, milk, juice, and spices in large bowl.

    Dip bread into mixture and place into pre-heated non-stick pan.

    Cook both sides. Serve with orange slices, powdered sugar and good maple syrup.
