Glazed Peach Pie

  • 4 Cups Sliced Peaches
  • 1 Cup peaches, crushed
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2-1/2 T cornstarch
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • Whipped Cream
  • Make graham cracker crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter and sugar. Form into bottom of pie pan using the bottom of a measuring cup. Cook crust until firm and slightly golden.

    Arrange sliced peaches into crust.

    Mix crushed peaches, sugar, water, and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to boil for 2 minutes. Pour over sliced peaches. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve topped with whip cream!
