Four Easy Holiday Appetizers

All of these recipes are fillings for our pre-baked party cups, you'll need at least 20 cups for these recipes. You could also use them as filling for homemade party cups.

Smoked Salmon Party Bites

  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • Fresh Parsley or Dill for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Mix creme fraiche, dill, and cucumbers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dollop into party cups, top with piece of smoked salmon and garnish with sprig of parsley or dill.


    Curry Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 tsp curry powder (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced apple
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • Green onion, chopped for garnish
  • Mix mayo, curry, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss apple, celery, and chicken until coated. Add more mayo mix if needed. Dollop into party cups and top with green onions.


    Peppermint Party

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding, made
  • 2 cups fresh whipped cream
  • Candy canes, crushed
  • Fold whipped cream into chocolate pudding until no streaks show. Dollop into party cups and refrigerate until serving. Before serving sprinkle with candy cane dust.


    Fruit Delights

    Use any flavor jam or jelly you like, a mixture of colors makes for a beautiful display. Fill party cups and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and set, 10-15 minutes. Let cool.

    Garnish with whipped cream if you like. A sprig of mint adds lovely color contrast to the jewel toned tartlets!
