Corn and Lima Bean Casserole

  • 1 bag of frozen Baby Lima Beans
  • 1 bag of Corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups cream
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
  • Put frozen beans and corn colander and run warm water over them to soften.

    Blend eggs, cream, cheese and salt and pepper to the vegetables in a mixing bowl and blend well.

    Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-1/2 hours. Or until middle is set.

    Remember to bake in a dish that you are proud to set on your table.
