Blueberry Raspberry Crisp

  • 3 C. blueberries and raspberries combined
  • 1 C. fruit juice (orange juice, juice from frozen package or water)
  • 2 T. tapioca
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • Slightly heat these ingredients then pour into 9x13 baking pan.

    Mix together:

  • 1 C. oatmeal
  • 1/4 C. wheat germ
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • Mix together using a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Pour over filling. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. This fruit combination smells heavenly!

    Serve with ice cream or whip cream. Serves 6-8.
